First picture post from Puerto Rico. Took this from the top of Yokahu Tower at El Yunque. The tower seemed like it should have been part of a castle, and the view was amazing!
Soooo just because I feel like sharing, (and because when I stop being lazy and start taking picture off my camera there will be a fair number on here) I’m in Puerto Rico!!! Taking a summer spanish course and hoping to learn enough to move here for university ^^. Also I have 10 friends here I’ve met from gaming over the years, and they had a LAN party with me my first day here! It was awesome and it still doesn’t feel real >< Anyway, expect some pictures eventually, and some weak attempts at spanish. Also, it’s my birthday today, so I get to spend it with some awesome people.. hopefully, if they’re not busy.. anyways that’s all for the moment.
OH! They have spraycan cheese here. I always thought that was something from a long time ago or something when I’d see it in A Goofy Movie, but it’s real, and they sell it at walgreens.
I just really liked this picture and wanted to share. Because clearly there aren’t enough cat pictures on the internet already =P This is my cat, Kit, who is a cuddly ball of fur.
Anonymous asked: That's not the same anon as before, this is the anon from before. I follow you but I'm just too much of a coward to come out of the gray.
Aw well that’s alright, I use grayface for most questions ‘cause I’m nervous. I don’t think you’re a coward, maybe just shy ^^. Although now I’m more curious who you are.
Anonymous asked: Nova Scotia thats fantastic! I'm a new Greyface. But still the other Greyface and I share similar views. You are indeed gorgeous! :D
I’m not really a fan of Nova Scotia, it’s okay but there’s not much to do. And thank you! =) Lots of friendly Grayfaces today I guess
Anonymous asked: Where do you hail from m'lady?
I’m from a tiny town in Nova Scotia. Also I enjoy how you talk Mister Grayface. Are you the same grayface as before? Or a new one?
Anonymous asked: Holy mother of Odin, you are gorgeous
Oh wow, thank you so much mysterious gray faced person. I just woke up and my day is made. =D

The kinect Star Wars games is absolute rubbish but it’s worth it for the R2D2 xbox for sure. Unless the R2D2 xbox was obtained some other way.
My mom wanted a family xbox for her, dad and my little brother, and she knew I wanted the R2D2 one, so she got it and we swapped =) Haven’t had a chance to try the game yet.
(also I’m not sure if this is the right way to answer someone replying to a post or not, but I’m trying ^^)

This is probably really overdone, but I’m posting it anyway. I read the hunger games series the other day, and they were awesome (except the ending) and now I have a mockingjay pin =D
Okay so here’s the story that goes along with the map. Also I figured out how not to take up so much space, click the read more button for the story ^^
D&D adventures!
So after spending some time in our fort we headed up into the mountains to look for ogres and we found a cave. I turned into a bat and scouted it out, which is why I have the above map that I drew ^^
At the entrance to the cave were giant blue dragon rib bones with large sihedrons carved into them. Past that on the left was a colossal sized “statue” of the ogre that killed said dragon. Except it wasn’t really a statue, it was wearing a sihedron medallion which was preserving the dead body. I blew my one 5th level spell of the day to rest eternal that thing and make it into a pile of dust and giant shiny armor, with no plans to ever tell our necromancer what was there (hence the label on the map is “loot”) On the right of this room was a large deep pit with a few varied humanoid corpses with sihedrons carved into them.
Moving into the next room I found three youngish ogres just lazing around. I went right and right again into a room with 3 stone giants, one of them sitting on a throne. I went back the opposite way and found a mostly empty room with a statue of Lamashtu in it.I went back into the main room and took the straight tunnel this time, finding a room with 3 hags and an undead (who used to be the leader of our fort). And in the final room I found 10 ogres, 2 of which had whips and 8 of which were looking rather tired. Along with multiple tunnels down into the mines.
I’ll post how we fought through the cave in a seperate post since this one’s really long already but the map needed explaining =P
Made this a while back with some character creator I found. It’s my Druid, with her flaming and frost scimitars, and her animal companion Vega. (also one of the bunnies she rescued from a dungeon)
So the past 2 weeks of DnD were kinda slow going.
After the mother of oblivion left, we made a bunch of checks and asked around and found out that there’s a dam upriver, which we decided to go investigate. Our good cleric was still gone, and our necromancer wasn’t going to take up the job, so I brought a fair amount of heals.
We headed up to the Dam, and fought some ogres on top of it, being careful not to slip over the edge. The ogres almost succeeded in killing my wolf so I sent her off to rest back at the fort. Then we went into the Dam and started exploring, killing a few trolls on our way. Fought a water troll who didn’t even make it to his second round. And then after clearing away a bunch of skulls, we found a room with two runes circles, one containing a pit fiend, the other a pile of dust that used to be a pit fiend. The living (but really weakened) pit fiend wanted us to free him, but we were nervous. Our barbarian tried to walk into the circle and got trapped, the pit fiend was going to kill him, but our magus went to investigate the other circle and when he stepped in, both party members lost a level and the pit fiend disappeared.
